So it's been almost 1 year since my surgery and I have lost 155 pounds. I am down 10 pant sizes. I have been on a 3 month stall but that is mostly due to my eating habits. The good thing is my skin has been keeping up with my weight lose! I plan on keep losing more weight my goal is a total of 200 to 250 pounds.

It has been a very very stressful year, I have been fired from my job of 18 years for doing the right thing, I have been Payless for the past 8months been back on my Medes and off then again.

But on the great side of all this is that I have found Christ again and he lives in me in my everyday. But things are looking up. I have been hired by 1 employer and have started working for the first time in 8 months and I a have been hired by a 2 employer so between the 2 I should be able to pay my bills.

3 months with no weight loss is not a stall,it is maintenance. You will

robably have to drop your calories to continue to lose.

Yes I was thinking my Cal intake was high and needs to be reduce to 500 to 750 Cal's a day. Maintaining is a lot easier than one might think.

Well back to the real world for me

So proud of you. Very proud. I have been hovering thirty pounds above goal because I stopped exercising due to arthritis, I am 67.
