Just got upgraded to stage 4 foods

I saw my nut today and got upgraded to stage 4 food (purée). I am so excited. I had an egg for lunch..... Could only eat one half of it, but I got to have food to chew. For dinner I made eggface's ricotta bake..... It is in the oven cooking, and I used the left over ricotta to make the tiramisu protien pudding. Also I have to say is yummie. I am looking forward to other recipes. I would love suggestions of other food recipes. I am allergic to seafood so that is the only bummer to this stage.

I still make the ricotta bake. It is my favorite food, even after eight years.

I just got "promoted" too and am making the Ricotta Bake for dinner too.

I have gotten several recipes from the "Recipes" thread. In fact, I have a spaghetti squash casserole in the oven right now, and can't wait to eat dinner. The recipe is close to the top of that thread.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
