I have not lost 75 pounds and I do feel really great.  But I still see the fat me.  I have 75 more pounds to go, so I know I'm still very much overweight, but when, if ever, do you stop seeing the fat you.

I have lost close to 100lbs and I can not tell at all. It's frustrating. I have to tell myself that I'm not as big, that I have gone down in clothes sizes but it's hard. I can see it in pictures, but the second I put the picture down it's gone.

My NP said that it takes about 18months for our minds to catch up with our bodies.  I think that's about what it took me to see myself as normal sized rather than fat.  Give it time.  It'll happen.

I could barely see a difference at it down. And no much change in clothes size. Then suddenly I could tell, and others started noticing. I held the same shape, just a smaller version until about a 100 pounds. Now I don't feel fat. Not skinny, but not fat either. You will get there. Not sure what your number Willie when you start to look drastically different, but it is coming!

It probably took me 3 years to see myself as I am now.

I have stopped seeing myself as fat, but it's like I've substituted with other insults. Like "ugh omg my batwings are nasty...or my breasts are gross." I'm working on just accepting myself but it's hard when you've hated yourself for as long as I did.

Awe. Hang in there Lanie!! I can relate. I had to have plastics to feel better mentally. I fixed the parts I hated the most and now accept the parts I did not get fixed (that still need fixing).
