I've lost 50lb, since I started the VSG process.  I have 107 lbs to go.  Today, I was at a wedding and two different people told be I was beautiful. I was floored.   I can't remember the last time anyone said anything so nice.  I'm still walking on cloud 9.  :)

It's amazing how the world around us seems to look at us differently, while in fact we're all still the same person. Compliments are fantastic, I just want you to know that 50 lbs ago you were just as beautiful as you are now :)

When you lose 1/3 of your excess weight, people do tend to sit up and notice. Congratulations!

Like Judith said, never doubt you have always been beautiful, because excess weight doesn't make you ugly. Congratulations on your NSV and I hope it continues for you because everyone deserves to be told they are beautiful.
