NSV- Dancing!

When I went to my initial consult for VSG suegery, I filled out the intake questionnaires. It asked several questions. One of them was what was one goal I had for VSG. I put, that I wanted to be able to go dancing with my husband. Well, last weekend, my husband and I went to a Mexican Club. They play different genre's in 30 min long mixes, then a different Mexican genre for another 30 min. Well, before my surgery, I could only last 1-2 songs which is maybe 4-5 min long then I would "tap out" and tell my husband I was tired. Well, Last weekend, I lasted the FULL 30 min mix! Then we rested a bit and danced for another 30 min. It was amazing! I actually made my husband sweat and deep breath! I can't wait till I can dance even MORE! I thought this was pretty cool and an accomplishment for me.
