Sorry for your loss. I lost my dad 2 years ago and I am still struggling with all of the emotions :(

D - Not sure yet maybe ground turkey with taco seasoning

I've been doing the AMAW C challenge too. It has helped with the cravings and I lost weight too.

hi Gwen, sorry for you loss. 

I am in stage 2-puree foods. 

B: 1/2 scramble egg with a tablespoon of almond milk and 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and 4oz of protein drink.

S: the remainder of my eggs.

L: 2oz of chicken and avocado with potato puree 

S: chocolate pudding with a protein mix

D: 2oz of chicken and avocado with potato puree

S: SF popsicle 

Water&vits: working it out

E: walking hopefully 30 minutes 

High weight:310

So sorry about your dad.  I'm glad you have control on eating because a big portion of my weight gain was from family passing.

Sorry for your loss Gwen.   I totally messed up yesterday and went to eat at Outbacks and indulged with the bread.   Back on track today.

D - Leftovers from last night - 2 oz pork chop, 2 oz Maple Sweet Potatoes and 4 string beans

W - done

V - done

E - walked twice today for 45 minutes
