Day 7 Post-op

1 Premier Protein

Clear Liquids (to total 30oz+ -- I got to about 42oz yesterday).

Vitamins: Took 'em

Exercise: Ugh...my body has been tired the past two days.  Legs feel super-heavy.  Been really tired.  I'll get some shuffling in.

I've been feeling a bit lightheaded off and on today, so I tried to take it easy. Even though I'm taking an iron supplement, it feels like my iron is still low. I have my follow up in about a month, so we will see. 

B: 1 egg scrambled mixed with 1 tablespoon low fat cottage cheese, coffee

s: 1 cup Strawberry Kefir liquid yogurt

L: 3 ounces fat free refried beans with 1teaapoonful of light sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese

s: 6 Colby jack cheese cubes and 1/4 cup cashews

D: Mexican beef and bean casserole

S: orgain organic protein shake 

Vit: done

water: half way there

exercise: nine since I've been so lightheaded
