At mom & Dads and forgot my scale. 

Morning coffee turned into a one hell of a cafe au lait. Approx 1/2c 1% milk, torani SF peppermint syrup, 80g SF white mocha

 

B:Choc mint protein bar

L: L&F Greek Yogurt

D: Cilantro Chicken Wonton Soup

S: Peanut Butter Creme Protein Bar

Water & Vites

I'm going out for dinner tonight at a friends, and there are bound to be good deserts, so we'll see how I do.  I'm still struggling to break the hold of the carb monster. 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - turkey and sweet potato casserole from thanksgiving

Dinner - I made my chicken fried rice to take to the dinner tonight.  So I'll at least have a low carb dinner.

snack - lets hope its not high carb

Carbs are EVIL!  My trainer says not all carbs are bad.  But not for me, not now at least.

At work and holy crap I REMEMBERED MY LUNCH AND DINNER.  I am still amazed and wowed by this.

Meal #1: Low carb sandwich.

Meal #2: greek yogurt.

Meal #3: Cauliflower "fried rice" with shrimps.

 

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I make a sandwich with lettuce instead of bread and just wrap it around the meat. :)

Hope i eat what i planned today.

B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

L cheeseburger

D salmon and asparagus 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Breakfast: ff greek yogurt mixed w/ 2 tbsp of granola

Snack: pure protein bar

Lunch: homemade  caesar chicken salad- grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, 6 croutons, low calorie caesar dressing

Snack: fruit

Dinner:chilli

Snack: sf pudding

Last day of the Thanksgiving holiday!  

1: protein shake, small piece of coffee cake
2: lunch meat (corned beef) and cheese
3: pumpkin cheesecake bar, vanilla ice cream
4: thanksgiving dinner leftovers
