Wow. Today has been better than expected. So far, I've had 14+ ounces of fluids, including protein shake and popsicle. The pain is minimal, the gas is irritating, and I have walked outside 4 times.

So far, so good.

Good for you. I also had a very easy surgery and recovery except hated protein drinks and had to force them down. I stayed home for about 4 days but didn't really need to. Congrats. Diane S

Good the pain is minimal. Thankfully I never had the gas problem. Saturday was my first full day home and it was not good. The pain was bad and I have a fever of 100.1. But since then I've felt great. Each day gets better, hang in there!

Yay!! So happy to hear that surgery went well and that being home is going so good. Keep up the walking - that will really help with those gas pains.

Welcome to the loser's bench my friend!!

Much love,

Shana
