My surgery was on May 23rd. My surgeon was Dr. Philip Chin. Dr Chin was very patient and informative with me. When with him I was made to feel I was the most important patient he had. The surgeon and his staff were remarkable. They took very good care of me. I had Kaiser Permanente as my healthcare provider. The road to surgery was a very long one, and I do think Kaiser needs to modify a few things to speed up the process. I found all the waiting stressful. With Kaiser you have to be your own advocate. Make calls right away and get your appointments. I found they do not call you. God Luck to everyone.
