Hey Holly, Best wishes to you and your surgery. If you haven't been walking, walk, walk, walk. This will be so helpful before the surgery and once they have you moving around in the hospital. Keep your focus on why you are doing the surgery and take one day at a time. I am 6 weeks post-op and down 38 pounds. My prayers are with you.
