I'm super duper excited
, my Pre-Op appointment is finally here! It seems like it's taken For-ev v-Verrr -No wait, IT HAS!!!This has been a long struggle to get to this point and I know that this is just the beginning of the ride! The real work has yet to come and I welcome it eagerly!!! But, this Friday... July 27th... only 4 days from now... it's really goin down! It's @ 8:30 in the morning
, but hey- I probably wont be able to sleep that night anyway
. This will be the defining moment for me... I will discuss the open RNY surgery in detail with my bariatric & surgical team
and try to persuade my Doc to get me a laproscopic appt.
within a reasonable amount of time. But, either way, I'm making a commitment on this day to go through with bariatric surgery
one way or the other (preferably the other) I really have my
heart set on laproscopic surgery. I will post details when I return friday.
