I'm Back

I'm back, should have never left, after losing my weight with still some to go, I think my head got big.  hehehe  Also I've become more active, hanging out, going to the movies, going out to dinner with friends/family.  So I''ve started to come out of that shell that I was in all these years.

My only issue is I need support just as much as I can also offer it to someone on the OH site.   I've gained a few lbs, enough to scare me straight, so I had to adjust my ticker.

I started counting my calories, just watching what I eat, and dropping the diet soda.   I was drinking so much diet soda that I wasn't even drinking water.  So I'm not only drinking water/Crystal Light, and diet soda only if I want it/special occasion etc.   I hurt my back recently, so I haven't been able to exercise, but the minute it feels better, I will get started with just walking.  I'm determined not to go back, so I'm 100% confident that won't happen, but I also have 104lbs to go to get to goal, so I need to use my tool for what it's here for and not abuse it.

So watching what I eat, counting calories , no diet soda should help me get to my goal.   I miss the people on the OH site, and will do my best to ch eck in everyday, and stay on board.  I should have never left, I need the support and have to come to grips this is lifetime, not just until I reach my goals, but for the rest of my life.
