I needed to loose like 10lbs + but if I loose some weight, I'll gain it back real quick!!! URGH!! I don't like any of the food that helped me loose the weight after surgery!!   OMG this is sooo tough...I had 2 strokes in the last 2 yrs.... and my taste have changed!!! URGH!!

I cannot believe when I got out of Plastic Surgery, I got down to 168.... today year later I weighed 189!!! WTH... this is just wrong!!! I have been dieting for 3 mos, now and nothing my weight has actually gone up!! What do I need to do?? I just started the protein drinks yesturday... what's going on with me???

Now I don't  worry about my meds!! This is so much better!! Thank you doctor!!

 

 How are you doing? I'm okay I guess!!! waiting for my head doctor!!! to change my meds.... these meds are just depressing me MAJORLY!

 Well it's been awhile since I've posted!!! Well what's happened?  Well I've had a seizure!!! Yep!! I sure have now I'm on even more meds!!! URGH!!! It seems to the Doctor that my seizure is related to my stroke!! I can't beleive it either.... I felt a sense of doom before it started!! Then next thing I knew Ben was talking to the 911 people explaining my shaking, he was definitely scared.... me too!! But I had no idea that had happened to me, I had no sense of all that had happened to me!!! But I knew something had happened I felt weak and very lithargic!!

So now I'm recooperating! Everyday I'm getting better and better!! I thank God for bringing me back, and continuing my life! I dunno why I'm going through all of this but I'm very glad to be alive!!

I'll tell you this I know that the meds they have me on is working as far as keeping the seizures away but they are messing with my emotions!!! HORRIBLY!! NOT kidding!!

 So what's happened?? Well I had surgery in October 2011 to remove the skin from my stomach that was sagging, Now I'm up  about 20lbs!! No I'm not kidding!! So I am attempting to lose it but it's harder than ever!! I cannot stay on track!!! woe is me!!! But I didn't do the surgery for this to happen... so I will press on!!!

 Nuttin!! LOL!! hee hee. I'm actually kinda miserable! Yep! I am! This is ridiculous! 

 I have had an eventful year to say the least! In June 2011, I had a STROKE!! Yup! I sure did!! The kind of STROKE I don't wish on anyone!! I was feeling bad, just lathargic so I went to the Doctor and NOTHING he said there was nothing wrong to go home and rest so I did!!  The next day same thing so I went to the ER and they said they couldn't find anything wrong either. But Saturday my husband came home from work and my speech was slower and slurred... and he took me into the ER and they said I was having a STROKE by the time night came I was not able to talk!! I spent one week in the Hospital then they released me to  a REhab... center for 3wks, When I was released from REhab I came home and my sister was here from Hawaii she helped me the first week then she left. 

I must say I've been doing good since then... I can talk and type and now I'm even driving again!! But then I went in and had a PANNIS-ECTOMY! Yup got the skin off of my stomach removed... I no longer have a belly button but the sagging skin is gone! 


I just want to tell you this Surgery is merely a stepping stone!! It's not the do all or end all!! I'm not sorry I did it! I'm glad did it!! But the other stuff that happend this year is MERELY a stepping stone on my journey!!

 They say after two years you gain an average of 30lbs.. I doubt that it's true... I think the number is much higher from what I've observed. However, to date and by the grace of God I'm up 10lbs. But I want it off.. I want to be in a size 8! Silly but important to me... 

On the other hand we're in the process of changing insurance, I'm hopeful that my new provider will accomodate my subsequent surgeries... I desperately need a tummy tuck and SOMETHING done with the boobs. One Dr. suggested I may need a reduction and implants.. what ever the case I want to be comfortable! 

 No news is good news! I'm holding on doing okay.. my scars hurt at night once in a while. My bones and joints hurt... might be mostly due to the cold.

Got a job at Starbucks.. totally out of my comfort zone... but it's okay... learned alot about what's nutritious at Starbucks.. here I'll pass it on to you right now.... NOTHING!  
Only thing I can have is black ice tea unsweetened.. lol.. 

Pant size holding at 10-12.. tops lg or xl. 

still waiting for $$ for boob job and abdomenoplasty... maybe my insurance at starbucks will cover it.. will check today!!!



Night sweats are back.. hadn't had those since surgery.. but eh getting old.. stinks... FAT or skinny!
