I have been over weight since I had both my children who are now 17 and 19. So as you can see, its been a while. I have lost weight here and there, but I have not been able to keep anything off for a long period of time. I have lost 30 lbs here and there.....but if I dont excercise on a regular basis, that 30 lbs will return and then some. Even in my twenties I managed to weigh 160 lbs, after the children I got up to 200 lbs and now I am maintaining around 280. Thank God I am 5'9'' because most people don't guess me to be almost 300 lbs.
I am tired of being tired and not having any energy, which is whats needed to loose weight. You must be active! I feel I will do so much better with activity, once I shed at least 50% of my excess weight.
