Help! I am impatient

I started my journey for wls in September 08 and because of my insurance company Kaiser of Georgia, I am still waiting for approval.  I have been seeing the nut for 9 visits for which I was told that I needed to see her for a total of 10 visits.  Now shes saying that she doesn't feel I am ready and she seems to want to strecth things out.  It is making me terrible disturbed because she is using her power to delay getting me my letter for approval.  I am at wits end with this woman and I dont know what to do.  My next appt with her is 01/12/2009.  Please pray that everything goes well and that I will get my letter withot further delay.
