This weekend

So the weekend is coming and I have really fun plans all weekend.  I am scheduled for horseback lessons Friday evening and Sunday.  But I assume that could be iffy since they are actually talking about rain.  Who would have thought it was possible.  Saturday I have a birthday party for a friend.  It is a potluck and my family recipe for strawberry cake has been requested.  So I will be baking.  This will be my first "party" since WLS so I am a little nervous.  I know there will be some things there I can eat but I am nervous about the minuscule amounts I can eat.  3 of my friends know about the surgery that will be there but the others don't.  I am not ashamed of the surgery I am just a private person who does not discuss my private life with just everyone.  Hopefully there will be enough going on that I can do my thing with little notice of my plate.
