Hello everyone I am down to less than 48 hours and wanted to thank all of you who have filled up my surgery page with wonderful wishes. The support here is the BEST ! I am grateful for all of the experiences I have been able to read about and the education information is priceless. Tonight we had an awesome support meeting with my surgeon and it made me re-affirm how lucky I am to have found him and his fellow patients !!! Thank you again and I will see you all on the other side !!

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Kim, I can't believe your day is right around the corner now...after Thursday you will be post-op and it is a great place to be!!! I am saying my prayers for you to have a smooth recovery. Dr. A is the most amazing surgeon and everything is going to be fine! You and Lisa just keep on walking those halls! Will be watching for Julie's updates on ya!! Hi Kim, This is my first post for anyone.. I am 6 days post op.. I know you are probably going thru alot of scarey feeling right now. Hang in there, girl. The first week is going to be tough. Keep reminding yourself of all the "gonna get to's" you're going to be able to enjoy when the weight comes off. I'll be thinking of you.
