Remembering that $500 is a lot of money. If I get my weight down 10 #'s by surgery it will cost that much less. It's only 2 weeks. It's good practice for after surgery.

I had surgery 3 weeks ago today. I am on soft foods and I can't seem to get enough protein(60 grams) without shakes. My doctor recommends to get protein from food rather than shakes whenever possible. I try to portion out 2 oz of protein per meal and I

So I was just informed by my contact at Dr. Ramos Kelly's office that the Hospital Angeles requires a cash payment or they change a 16% tax and charge a different exchange rate(17 instead of 18.5 per US $). Does this sound shady to anyone else? I don't
