I am at a point in my life where I feel like I am at war with my body. I ache daily and barely feel like looking in the mirror. How did I loose myself in all this fat? Last year I turned 40 and was diagnosed with some cormorbidities related to my weight. I had never been a sick person or have medical conditions. it was a wake up call. This year, I cut my hair all off to become a natural beauty and I graduate from college in the spring, to top it off I want the weight to go to complete the new me!
With that said, I am a single parent with 3 children; a boy 21 in collerge, a girl 19 still finding herself and my baby boy 10 who is too smart for his darn self...LOL
I love hair, I use to be a licensed stylist and never renewed my license. I have a passion for healthy hair. I only do some friends and family now. I also absolutely love make-up. I do not wear alot, but I am fascinated with eye shadow. My niece and I have make-up night sometime and we do daring things with it that I would never wear in public. Public make-up for me is a more natural look. I am a under cover wild makeup lover...LOL
I currently work for the federal government. I started in June and love my job! Yeah job!! Especially after being laid off for about a year. But for real, it is a great work environment and the pay is better than ever.
