I have finally made my mind up......after a year!

As you can see it has been a while since I have been on the site.  I was going though a lot of emotional things coming to a surgery decision.  I have worked with my doctor, talked to baraiactric patients and watched vlogs on youtube.  I am just mad that all the time I took going thru this process, I could have had the surgery by now.  But i believe that everything happens for a reason.  It just was not my time.  I have already started the process and on the road of approval and a surgery date in the near future.  I will be having my surgery at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore and my surgeon is Dr. AVerbach.  I have a fantastic dietitcian named Nanyc Lum and am excited about starting this journey.  So far I have done my ultrasound on my gallbladder and liver.  I only have to have 3 months of documentation.  I am seeing the dietician for that and also attending required nutrition workshops and seminars.  I need to see a pysh doctor and once i get my date do my pre-op stuff.  My last weigh-in will be on april 17th and my paperwork will be submitted to the insurance.  Last time I was on here i was about 323lbs.  I have gained weight and am currentl 341 as of yesterday.   SMH......I  know.....shame on me.
