 I've been on here , just haven't posted anything.   I haven't been feeing well today, i think im geting a cold. :(   So I decided to hope on the scale and I'm down to 282.4.   That is so weird to type that. I'm so use to typing 3 something. I've been moving slowly down the scale, slowly is they key word. I haven't forced myself into the world of exercise. I know i need to and when I do the weight will melt off.... just have to do it.  Anyway had to put it here and admit it to you all becasue it makes it real. And me accountable..lol So Happy October everyone!!!
