Thanks for all of your encouraging words, Trish! And congrats on an almost 57 lb. loss so far...that's great! You're averaging about 3 1/2 lbs. a week! You'd never be able to do that on any kind of diet! Great job...keep up the good work! Hugs, Jamie =0)

Good job, Trish! All you have to do is sneeze & you'll be at a 50 lb. loss! LOL! That's awesome, less than 3 mos. out of surgery & already almost 50 lbs. gone! That's SO great! Now where's some updated pics, girl??? Keep me posted & take care... Hugs, Jamie ;-)
