My second month check up with my PCP was on Aug 19, 2014. My starting weight was 387 lbs. I lost a total of 31 lbs which had me at a weight of 356. Second month down and 4 to go.

My one month check up with my PCP was on July 15, 2014. My starting weight was 387 lbs. I lost a total of 13 lbs which had me at a weight of 374. One month down and 5 to go.
Started my 6 month diet with my PCP.

On Friday, 6/20/14, I went to see my PCP and she put me on a 1500 Calorie Diet. HW 387 Lbs.

I got the great news call today at 3:15 PM and they advised to me that I am approved for the Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery. Now i have to fulfill the 6 Month diet with my PCP, Have a psych eval, nutrition eval and some of the testing that comes before the surgery. My first of 6 appointments with my PCP is on June 20, 2014. My first appointment with Dr. Chiasson is going to be on June 24th. More details will follow.
