Day One

Ok, I updated my weight, again....up again...arghhh....

Today is my first day on weight loss meds.  I am taking Phentermine Hcl 30 and Topiramate 25 mg - the first when I get up and the 2nd 4 hours later - has anyone tried this?

I am a little worried about the constipation side effect, but I usually have no trouble going, so will definitely keep an eye.

I go back in a week and if anything is not "right" this week, I plan to stop.

Any feedback is welcome!!
