Tried to go back to work again and again had to come home before working a whole shift.  Spent the entire day in bed feeling so sick , could not eat or drink my protein.  My head was pounding for the second day in a row, Dr believes it is because of changing my BP meds.  After as bad as I felt yesterday I am enjoying, my basic blah today.  Still fighting the Thrush( over a month now) Got new med for that and Bp seems to be doing okay.  I am really happy with my Primary Care provider, ( a year ago I never would have thought I could feel that way)  But he seems very interested in seeing me thru this whole process. And is very encouraging.

Finally had my post op visit. 22 lbs in 17 days.  I'll take it!  My blood pressure was super low so now we have to play with my BP meds to reduce or stop all together.  At least we now now why I am so dizzy and light headed every time I stand up.  Also started vitamins today so I am super excited to start feeling better.

I failed, tried to go back to work today, but just wasn't ready for 4 1/2 on my feet.  I didn't even make it an hour.  Just felt weak and light headed so had to come home and ask for another week to recover. Cried all the home!

Getting nervous!  I go back to work bright and early Monday morning.  I am excited to get back but not sure I am up to it yet, I still feel a lot of weakness when I am up walking around.  Until today I was not too concerned because usually I work M W F  4 1/2 hours a day.  I figured I could handle that.  But I just checked my schedule and I am supposed to work my regular M and W and then I am also working  6 hour shifts on Th and F. Part of why I wanted to have the surgery was so I would be able to work more but not sure I am up to it yet.  Maybe we will get alot of snow and have a snow day or two.  LOL

and paying for it!!!! Three days post op and I am feeling sick as a dog.  I am nausous and head achey.  Pain levels have not been to bad even took a modified shower to try and get myself feeling better.  Just dealling with an upset stomache feeling all the time, painfull burping.  Looking for any one to tell me I am normal!

At my pre op appointment I was told to stop taking my arthritis medication, so I have been pretty achey the past few days. wish some one had warned me about that!  Not sure what I could have done to prepare but thought I would passs it on to anyone else who didn't know that was coming.

 One more day til surgery, on our way down to spend the night closer to the hospital, to be there at 6:00am Monday morning! Nervous and EXCITED!!!!

Had my Pre Op / Pre admitting appointment today!  Can't believe my surgery is only three days away!  Couldn't sleep last night , and am afraid I just may be awake until Monday Morning, when they put me under for surgery.  Totally filled with excitment and just a tiny bit of worry.  Thankful for Dr reviews here on OH and pre op talks with my Dr's staff, feeling much more at ease.
