Soooo, here we are

May 08, 2013

Soooo, here we are. I went on a cruise at the end of last month that sailed out of LA. I posted some pics from the trip. I hadn't been weighed since before I had left. And I didn't want to get weighed after crossing the country via airplane. So I waited a little bit. As of last night, I am down to 268 pounds!!!!!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!!!!

I get asked alot about the food on the cruise. Trust me, it was freaking awesome! I didn't have a problem with over eating or grazing. I ate 3 meals, small ones, but was satisfied with my choices. A couple of times I did have a few bites of desserts. And I survived! Most of the protiens from my meals were actually whatever fish was on special. I knew I could easily digest it and wouldn't be left in pain waiting for it to pass. The funny part was I work the same swim suit that I wore on last years cruise. Epic fail. I put it on, looked down and discovered that I had deflated! You see, when I started this journey last year, I weighed 350. At the point I put the swimsuit on, I was down to about 275. And now, NOW I am 13 pounds away from 250. Almost at an 100 pound weight loss. Almost an Olsen twin lose!

People also ask me if I feel different. Aside from having more energy, not really. In my mind, I haven't really changed. Atleast, I know my personality hasn't. I still feel the same about my physical appearance as I did before and I am still wearing the same clothes as before. Only they are a lot more baggy. I didn't realize it till I catch my reflection in a mirror or window as I am passing it. Sometimes when I that happens, I can only stop and stare at someone I haven't seen for a VERY VERY long time.
