It is sort of hard to find. You go to Community, then in the dark blue bar across the top there's Search for Members.
Every time I try to find it I have to search a bit!

I too aim for 50 games day carb max. How often do you guys weigh in ? Be safe in the snow - end is in sight !
s1 - protein shake 1 c almond milk
b- 1/2 c liquid egg , 1 dry toast
l - 2 oz lean ground beef, 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1/8 c tomato sauce
s - protein shake 1 c almond milk
D- 3 oz shaved deli sandwhich meAt, 1 tbsp Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce
s- ?
60 min elliptical , will walk the babe and pup later this afternoon, last day before cold front 😥
Normally I am not so strict with my carbs and as I said above, if carbs are coming from fruits, veggies, dairy, I'm usually ok with it. I just feel like long term being under 50 carbs isn't going to be sustainable for me. But hopefully this will be the kick in the pants I need!
I weigh myself daily.

Yay for the snowless snow day! Have fun & be safe everyone.
Breakfast: Yoplait Greek - 100 Cal Yogurt
Lunch: Sugar Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Strawberries, Pecans, Low Fat Feta, Baby Spinach
Dinner: Chicken Taco Salad- No Shell, Salsa, Wonton Wrapper crackers
Snacks: Too much Iced Coffee, Cuties, Pb2, Yoplait - Greek Yogurt 100 Calorie (I may not eat all of these, but I like to plan for them)
Vitamins: alarms set
Exercise: Zumba
