L: Taco casserole, 1/3 c spaghetti squash
D: 2 oz boars head ham, 1 slice reduced fat swiss cheese, wilted spinach
S: Hot chocolate with Jay Robb Vanilla protein powder
TOTALS: Calories: 792, Protein: 73, Carbs: 50
V/W: On my way
E: TBD - not sure what the day holds
I went out to clean off my car - just so it's done and I was moving - and it was so lovely! Still not many people out and about so the snow was still all white and fluffy and beautiful.

Anny,
So happy you are having a snow day. Sounds like you are going to pamper yourself. I had surgery on 12-15-14. Have lost 22 pounds so far. Doing the protein first and still doing the protein shakes. Really pray that I don't loose my hair. Have a wonderful day and hope your hair and nails turn out great.
