Good Morning Everyone!

QOTD:  I've never really been anywhere "exotic", but I did get to go to England & France on an Art tour while I was in college.  My daughter got to spend a month in Costa Rica, though!

My food yesterday was:  A protein shake, a Lean Cuisine chicken & rice dinner which mostly came back up, 2 Power Bar protein bars and several string cheese sticks.  Today will probably be somewhat similar (minus the Lean Cuisine meal).

Today is my Chihuahua, Tippy's 6th Birthday!  I hope we have her for at least another 6 years or more!  Love that little stinker so much!

Have a fantastic day!

It was, Cynthia!  We went to SO many Art museums, saw the Mona Lisa in person and a jillion other fantastic works of art!

Good morning! Cool and sunny here today - perfect for gardening!

QOTD: I always think of tropical climates when I hear the word 'exotic', and Mexico is the most tropical place I've been (just across the border from San Diego). Siena Italy is the most exotic non-tropical place I've spent any time - the medieval architecture is stunning, and it was like traveling in time as we wandered through the streets and into cathedrals and courtyards. Gorgeous!

Hi all!! Life has been a challenge and I've disappeared for a while- hope you all are well. I now have gallstones and thankfully have only had one attack but will at some point will need the thing out. I thought I was dying-way worse than natural labor of all things!

QOTD- I spent 10 days in Haiti on a medical mission trip. This was a couple of years pre-earthquake. Beautiful and sad country. We have several sponsor children around the world through Compassion International and met our Haitian sponsor child when we were there- AMAZING!!!

I've been to Haiti too; last year. Isn't it lovely? The people are great too.
