Ok, next post onto posting, since I don't post daily pictures of the food I'm eating during the day, here's a snapshot of what I've been eating for the week.


You can kinda guess that I don't cook, but I love eating other people's cooking! lol My meal today so far:

Breakfast cottage cheese, turkey breast slices with Polly-o string cheese

Lunch Chicken cordon bleu

Dinner Quest protein drink

Snack yogurt bar, sargento mini cheese sticks, baby bell cheese

Protein 105, Cal 1100, Carb 40 The numbers are a little off since I have to include the foods I ate after midnight since I'm on nights now.

I hope you enjoyed your Salt Lick. I think I remember posting something about all brisket week and things just grew and grew. I love AMAW.  I'm day 87 TF. (I still dream of buttery toast though)

We are ordering the sauce frequently for the boy. He thinks it tastes great on the endless sausage and meat he consumes.

B:  Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries & blueberries

S:  coffee with a little half & half, protein shake

L:  Greek yogurt, 5 cherry tomatoes, a cup of mixed fruit 

S:  two cups instant miso soup, protein shake

D:  1 oz Italian sausage, 1/4 C zucchini

S:   SF fudgesicle

exercise:   1 hour water aerobics

 

QOTD:  we both grew up with dogs and like dogs, but we've had cats for years because we both work so stinking much.  We love our kitties!
