I hate talking on the phone, too!   I usually text or email.  I don't remember who I last called, but it was most likely my husband.

 

15 months out:

 

B:  small piece of cantaloupe, Dannon L&F Greek vanilla yogurt w/ added protein powder, 12 raspberries

S:  protein shake, coffee with a little half & half, probably another Greek yogurt

L:   yet another Caprese salad (good thing I love them!)

D:  chicken/peach/pecan salad

Good morning frands. Guess who's going home today? J-J-J-J-Jeff ! Hallelujah.  They have been great to us here but there's truly no place like home. We were waiting on the magic poop and that has happened! Sorry, maybe TMI for a menu post aha. 

B- hubby brought me my tea so Irish tea and Greek yogurt with 1/2 tiny box of Rice Krispies. Getting desperate here people. 

L- part of a panera chicken Cobb salad I didn't eat hesterday

D- hopefully home so we shall see!

I last called AT&T. 18+ minutes on hold to be told I had to do it online - forgot to pay my bill and they suspended service. sigh I've been VERY forgetful ever since my surgery. Hubby was supposed to take over the bill paying last month, but ... apparently, he forgot too

So... ended up eating egg salad and cottage cheese for dinner last night. I've felt "off" for the past couple nights, starts just as I get off work, not sure why. Went to bed by 8pm

B: Overnight oatmeal/yogurt, apple cinnamon - last one for the week!

L: Egg salad, maybe some cottage cheese.

D: Ham and Bean soup

S: Babybel, sf pops

No idea of nutrients yet - I'll figure it out when I add it to MFP later on. I'm feeling "blah" today

hey all,

QOTD: been on conference calls all morning- last group was china on a project I'm managing.

Been a total slacker on my working out- still really hot here and not feeling running in the neighborhood. I have some free passes at the aquatic center and a gym but still not super motivated.

Here is what i ate yesterday:

B: gnc wheybolic 1/2 scoop/CM milk 2 oz/p3 turkey ham cheese

L: chicken gizzard 3 oz/horseradish mustard/mushrooms

DL ground turkey sloppy joe (no bread)/pork rinds (for dipping)/1 tortilla chip

S:1/2 scoop gnc wheybolic/CM milk/CM yogurt/reddi whip/kay's natura;s 1/4 serving cookie bites

total 783

carb 25

i've been subbing in protein powder (1/2 scoop) in my decaf throughout day. I think it is helping me not be as hungry throughout day.
