I think the Scale "Knows"... because it did the same thing to me at onderland!

And now it's doing the same thing to me where I'll go from Obese to overweight (and coincidentally my lowest weight I achieved since having my kids almost 17 years ago!).

Scales are the souls of skinny people...

I will continue to pray for your family that your son's situation at school is resolved. I can only imagine what that would be like.

Yesterday I hit the gym for the first time. I did 15 minutes on the ellyptical before i got a little tired, but pushed through with another 15 minute light stroll on a treadmill. 30 minutes knocked out, plus the 12 minute walk before work in the morning. Not bad!

QOD: I'm not at the point where Peanut butter is part of my plan yet, but I normally go for creamy.

Morning everyone!

Qotd: I made the switch to natural peanut butter years ago. Now when I have regular pb I find it so blah! Funny how our tastebuds adapt. But it's also one of the foods I don't keep in the house now, since I'm avoiding bread. The temptation would be too strong!

Menu:

B Protein shake

L Greek yogurt maybe a bit of deli chicken

D not sure yet. Something proteiny and saucy!

S protein shake to make up the difference.

have a great day everyone!

Ugh, AV... I'm so glad ya'll kept all of those emails!!! I'm really hoping that they recognize this boy needs to go! In the meantime, I'm really glad the boys from the neighborhood are making friends with your son!

This morning my boss called me into his office... he's retiring at the end of the month. Changes are coming, and I'm nervous. Working in the fracing industry full time is rough right now. I'm half convinced they'll lay me off with him, and part of me really wants that, but it's SCARY. I'm just hoping that whatever is meant to be will happen! (I'd LOVE to do real estate full time, but I'm scared).

QOTD: OK, I'll whisper this... peanut butter holds no real attraction to me... I don't like the texture of creamy, and crunchy is OK, but I don't need or want it... I did have a short love affair when I was pregnant with my son... creamy peanut butter and graham crackers, but the peanut butter was minimal, I just needed it to wet down the crackers a bit. There ya go. Don't judge.

B: Premier Protein Vanilla (although I did order the Syntrax nectar sample pack, and when that gets here I'm changing up this routine one way or another)

L: bacon and egg salad (the last container of this)

D: Leftover chicken thighs - but I am still finding that chicken sits so heavy! I still can't even eat 2oz of it...

S: No clue
