I am 6` even and am currently between 190-195. I plan to have surgery when i finish my MBA to get rid of the extra skin so I am sure I will be about 175-180. I will work out harder between now and then to fill out a bit more so I am not under weight. My highest weight was about 410, in the above pics I was about 380. By the way Frisco thank you for your posts, even when lurking I always appreciated them. I think we are of like mind on many subjects.

Handsome, wow. Never thought i would hear that again. I think the strangest part of this journey for me is when i walk into a room and heads turn to look at me and know that it is not because of my size. I still though feel like a fat guy in a skinny guys body. I am starting therapy soon for that very reason.
