How often do you check the scale?

I'm working on a mild case of Scale Obsession....  ;)

I'm curious how often everyone is checking the scale.... I am about 2-3 times a day.... morning, when I get home, and before I sleep.

That's down from after every meal!

You?

Every morning.  I never want to go back to where I was, and I consider daily weighing to be my first warning of an upward trend.

Every morning after first pee...I strip down and get on..
( my hubby thinks I'm nuts, stripping down, but those ounces count!!)
Keeps me accountable, and has taught me ALOT about how my
Body loses weight and holds onto water.

I get it.  I used to weigh clothed, but ultimately decided just to weigh me.

Twice a week. Keeps me from going nuts. Plus, now that I'm 4 months out and things are starting to slow down, I see bigger results when I skip a few days instead if weighing every day. Now, I'll be honest. At the beginning it was EVERY Morning.

I haven't been weighed since before I started my pre op diet.  I was sort of shocked that I wasn't weighed right before surgery.  My first follow up appt is tomorrow so we shall see.  Oh FYI only reason I haven't weighed is my scale needs a new battery.  Getting that tomorrow as well!  : )

Every day. I don't worry about what the number says. You can't obsess over that. I just want to make sure in general it is going the right direction and if it happens to start going the wrong way I know before I get a few days into the wrong direction.
