Wedding Rings?

So I am sure I am not the only one who has a wedding ring that wants to fly off my finger constantly.  What are some solutions you have tried or found to be successful?  I know I could just resize it, but I don't want to resize it more than once if I can avoid it...  Thanks!

Honestly--I just didn't wear mine for most of the year and then resized it once--I went from a 6 1/2 to a 5! --Lisa

Yeah, that's what I've been doing... It hurts my husband's feelings though.... lol  I see they have these little plastic things you can stick on your ring.... I don't know how well they work though.  Awesome loss for you!

Other than waiting, my only ideas are tape, glue, staples.... ;P Put it on a necklace so it's still on your person until you get to maintenance and then re-size it. Tell your hubby I said he's being silly, you still lay down next to him and night and wake up next to him in the morning. It's not like you took it off and left it at home while going to Vegas or something. You just don't want to risk losing it because it slid off your finger.

I use the little plastic ring guard from Walmart.. It's not ideal but it works just fine.

Yup, mine's in the drawer for now.  My husband bought himself a cheapy ring to wear for now.  I'm pretty close to goal so I might only wait a couple more months to get it sized.

Why not wear your ring on a chain around your neck?

I have thought about it.... My husband designed the ring and had it made for me, so it's really special and I worry about it a lot.... lol  I'm prob. just being a dork.  :p

I understand completely.  Mine was custom made and rather expensive so I don't want to take any changes with it.

Go to any decent jewler, they can usually fit on a temporary sizer.  It is not as comfortable as a properly sized ring but it does work & you can enjoy your bling until you get to your finish weight.
