Well i got a call from my nurse about WLS, March 4th is the big day.  I go in February 13th for my pre-op appt.  From there i go thru the motions and get my food that i will be living on for the next few weeks.  I was really shocked when she called about that.  I was just waiting for a call about what my next step would be after my classes were done.  Well i can honestly say that after that call, i was truly relieved of this weight i was carrying, and i slept rather well last night.  I still hate that stupid CPAP machine, but i dont' remember waking up at all.  So for anybody out there that is discouraged about how long the process is taking just be patient.  I know how bad it feels but if i can do it so can you.  I am still mad that my insurance made me wait this long but in the long run i learned some helpful things, and i plan on continuing my classes after my surgery.  I think this is all an eye opening event for me.  And that is why i decided to share my journey thru all this.  Had i found this website earlier, i know there would be more of my story.
