One step forward ... two steps back

I received an email from the surgeons office this past Monday - luckily when I faxed all my paperwork in I followed it up with an email.  The email Monday advised me they did not receive my paperwork.  Apparently the office was closed from Christmas to New Years day!   AAAArrrrrggggg!  When I get back to work Thursday night I am going to fax it all out again -- I did confirm with them that the fax machine is on all night.  One step forward ... two steps back.
