"I just LOVE Dr. Bruce. He is very personal. He sits down with ou and talks to you about your progress pre-surgery and post-surgery. If there is something that you need to adjust in your habits, he is going to tell you. He gives it to you straight. His office in Burlington, North Carolina is relatively new, but he and his staff are wonderful!!
I met Dr. Bruce at a weight loss surgery seminar. I had been shopping around at seminars at various local hospitals. I had heard good things about another doctor at Bariatric Specialists of North Carolina and signed up for the local seminar with intentions of having the other doctor do my surgery. Upon meeting Dr. Bruce, I knew he was the man that was going to change my life. He was open, and honest, and fun and energetic. What impressed me the most, was that he had spent an entire day in the OR at the hospital, and still came and spent 2 hours with us for a seminar and support group!! He answered every question and was patient and understanding with everyone.
So glad I made the decision to have Dr. Bruce do my Vertical Gastric Sleeve!
