4 Years Post Op

June 28th 2016 I celebrated my 4 year surgiversary! I weigh 138 lbs!  My lowest was 132 and I have creeped up a few pounds this past several months.  I have to thank the people that I have become friends with on youtube and facebook!  The WLSFA has been my passion and have made great lifelong friendships within the community.  I am ready to let those two worlds collide and check out the OH Community!  

I have been attending several local surgeons support group in the area that I live and love being able to pay it forward so to speak with sharing my journey and keeping me accountable.  I will just keep on keepin on!  This was the best decision I have ever made!
