Hi Angelette - Just wanted to let you know that I am honored that you accepted me as your "Angel." I can't wait for you to join me on the losing team and I will be there every step of the way - encouraging, supporting, fussing, nagging and most of all cheering for you! God Bless You.

Hi LaTonia! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give you our support, lend an ear and not judge. I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for a successful, problem-free surgery and recovery. I’m so happy for you. Soon you will be on the other side and will join the ranks of the losers. Get ready for your life to change forever. Wishing you much success in your weight-loss journey. Hugs to you today. God bless, DI from NJ – Lap RNY, 12/09/03

I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another....observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under contron in its widest sense. May God keep you close to his side as you travel this new journey. Know that you are not alone. You will always have us, your AMOS family. We will share your joys, fears, slips and triumphs. You will find this to be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that is what I discovered. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery for you. Good luck and God Bless. RNY 10/31/03 down 78 pounds!!!
