GREAT job sticking with your menu!!  I stuck with mine as well :)  I am still "up" 5.4 from this past weekend, but whatever.  Cant go back.  lol

QOTD: HHMMMMM I had some fun sleepovers as a young kid that were fun...then I got older....and had kids....and now I get to go to work and cook for my family and have it be just a normal day for my birthday! HAHA

13+ months since surgery

M1: 1/2 apple w/ natural chunky peanut butter (for some reason I REALLY wanted an apple this morning)

M2: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M3: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M4: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M5: Egg beaters w/ 2 slices ultra thin cheddar and sauteed onions

Totals: Cals: 855  Protein: 113  Carbs: 40  Fat: 29

I really need to try and get a workout in tonight, every night has been so busy lately.  ugh  Maybe the boys will let me get something in after work..probably not, but I can try

me too.  that's why there is currently a peanut butter ban in my house.  when I needed it for the 1/2 marathon I ran 2 weeks ago, I bought the individual packets of Justin's peanut butter.  I can't be trusted with a jar.
