Issues with sugar or what?

There's nothing "sinful" in any of those foods in moderation.

Use this time before you have your surgery in the fall to bone up on nutrition and what we should and shouldnt be eating after surgery, because you are way off track at the moment.

This website is here to support each other. Not take pot shots at people.

You have posts saying last month about what you should eat. I would think someone who just asked that question a month ago is not really someone who knows what we should eat and not eat.

I ate a hot dog should I call my doctor or call the food police so I know that is sinful.

I have lost over 140 pounds and gained back ten but have lost that and losing again. I drink cream in my coffee everyday. I may have two to three cups.

I can see if she ate a full box of Oreos  not being a good idea. But not sinful.

No one gets anywhere judging.

Ya know, if I had to pick any food to be sinful, it would be breakfast breads. Ya know, "He who is without sin, let him cast the first scone."

Lol...my sin would be a piece of garlic bread.  At least that's what I say but in reality when it would come time to eat it I probably wouldn't want it.

Six days ago (6/16) when I posted about making protein ice cream from a Premier Protein ready made shake, you claimed I was putting poison into my body:

"Time for reflection - I'm getting my wls soon, probably at end of august.   It will be time for changes.  I dont understand here why would someone continue to poison their bodies with unhealthy stuff like ice cream.  I know personally i want to get away from that stuff so why try other ways to make it and eat it.  I think for something sweet like strawberries is so much better.  Just my opinion."

Nicely, in so many words, I told you that you didn't know what you were talking about:

"That's a good question.  Once you have surgery you will understand the neccessity of getting in your protein any way you can...drink shakes, eat/drink protein soups, eat meat and cheese, etc., and/or freeze the shakes (aka protein ice cream).  The old saying, "variety is the spice of life" is a good example of getting our protein any way we can...including in protein ice cream.

I don't consider a frozen protein shake as being unhealthy junk food or poison to my body.  I, for one, refuse to get bored with my food so I prepare it various ways."

Obviously, you still haven't done much research nor have you read topics/threads on OH, because you make these outlandish comments.  Do youself a favor and READ.  After you have your surgery in August you are quickly going to see how silly your comments were.

Ask any doctor what they will say to patients that had wls and eat:

Mayo - it is only bad oil and high in fat

Velvetta cheese - same answer

Yogourt - good but not the kind that ia high in fat and full of sugar

Cream - who eats puts cream in coffee when they try to loose weight!

I don't think you know what the hell you are talking about.

Putting cream in coffee, if it fits into your plan, is perfectly fine.  Since I'm eating about 900 calories and less than 50 grams of carbs and fat today, I think that it is just fine to eat all of those foods.  It's when the diet is high in simple carbs, fats and sugars that there are problems.  The foods I listed, if you actually read everything and knew what their nutritional values were, are completely acceptable for a bariatric patient at 10 months post op.

Please do some research and then come back and give your opinion.
