Yowza! I walked three miles this morning and am feeling wiped out. Of course, only three months ago, I wasn't walking anywhere with the knee and hip pain I had. Anyway, good job!

Just stopped in to update.  I've rocked my plan and stayed exactly to plan all day. I can't even finish my 4oz of chicken for dinner.  

Day 1 reset is almost done and I'm feeling great!
