I had my VSG on 6/16/15.  At my one year point, I had lost 81 pounds.  Since July, 2016, I have slowly been gaining weight, about 10lbs.   What can I do?   

Feeling scared.

Has anyone experienced gallbladder problems after VSG surgery?  What where your symptoms?

Can artificial sweeteners hinder your weight loss.  I have it several times a day in my coffee and tea.

Can I count unsweet tea towards my water intake?

What are the benefits of eating Almonds after VSG surgery?

I'm six months post VSG and I seem to be able to eat more.  I don't like the ability to eat more, is there a way to stop this pattern?

I had VGS   June 16, 2015 and have lost 57lbs.  My glucose numbers are GREAT!,   I don't take insulin shots or pills anymore, however my blood pressure is still running high -- 160/84  -- 170/90  and sometimes higher.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Exercise : Treadmill 2 miles, elliptical 15 min. and bike 3 miles

I'm not that crazy about Subway but is there anything that can be eaten from there that is low in carbs?

Does anyone eat pork skins (rinds) as a snack? I see they have 0g carbs, less than 1g of sugars, and 9g of protein.
