I can feel the difference!!!

I recently returned to bedside nursing and I can really feel the difference the weight loss have made. I am not tired and worn out as I was before the surgery when I worked the floor 5 years ago. I actually have more energy and I stay moving. Before by the 7-8 hour my back was hurting, feet hurting and I was looking for a chair. God is so good to no only give me strength but the ability to have favor which gave me the opportunity to lose weight and be able to serve him totally: body, mind, and spirit.
