Happily Looking forward to....

-Walk up 20 steps w/o feeling winded
-Cross my legs
-Wear shorts and look good
-Wear sleeveless and look good
-Get into a size 14
-Get into a size 12
-And finally into a size 10

-Anything under size 10 would be great but I will not push myself too much
-Not have Obstructive Sleep Apnea, thus not use the CPAP machine
-Not have joint or back pain
-Be able to wear a bra and feel comfortable with it
-Be under 275 lbs.

-Be under 250 lbs.
-Be under 225 lbs.
-Be under 200 lbs.
-Be under 175 lbs.

-Be under 150 lbs
-And finally, be at GOAL of 140 lbs.
-Not be afraid of chairs with arms
-Not wear panty liners for my "wetting"
-Shave my legs w/o my belly getting in the way
-Feel sexy
-Turn heads
-Have wild sex w/o feeling unsexy
-Paint my own toenails
-Not sweat to death if the temp goes above a certain number
-Not be afraid of having my picture taken
-Have my nieces and nephews remember me as their pretty aunt
-Be more social
-Walk 1 mile a day
-Walk 2 miles a day
-Walk 3 miles a day
-Start ridding my bike and not feel like I’m too heavy for the tires
-See my collar bone - I know it's there somewhere
-Weigh less than my boyfriend & be able to fit in his clothes, particularly his jeans
