Is riceless sushi ok to have 1 month post op? I'm dying to have sushi this weekend while I'm on vacation. 

So I'm officially 3 weeks post op. I am so nervous for next weekend because I am going to Orlando with my family and it'll be even more difficult than the family bbq I mentioned couple weeks ago. I'm mostly nervous because I'll be in the regular foods

So I'm officially 2 weeks post op and I'm down about 19 pounds!!! Finally in phase 3- Purée. Made scrambled egg whites for breakfast with a little coconut oil and it was amazing!!! Felt so good to chew something. For lunch and dinner I made a pinto bea

Phase 2 full liquids, can I have coffee? If so, what creamer can I put in it? I don't do black coffee 

Why is this month so hard??? Eating actual textures feels so far away. Tomorrow is Mother's Day and I'm going to a bbq and everyone will be eating around me. How did you guys push through your first family gathering not being able to eat chewy food?? <

If I'm in full liquid stage, would froyo be considered full liquid? If it's sugar free and fat free?

I just started full liquids today and I'm so confused. My plan says 4oz of protein shake with fat free milk. How much of each did you put? I have the EAS individual packets. And also says 4oz of chicken broth and powdered nonfat milk. How much of each
